2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: your email address when you sign up or sign in via magic link.
  • Brand profile data: information you enter about yourself or your brand — name, niche, identity description, voice guidelines, content pillars, and audience details.
  • Content strategy inputs: goals, platform preferences, posting cadence, and any other information you provide when generating a content calendar.
  • Post actions: approve, skip, replace, and draft actions you take on generated posts, including any replacement descriptions or links you provide.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and similar interaction data collected via server logs and analytics.
  • Device and connection data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URL, used to operate and secure the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate you and keep your account secure;
  • generate content calendars and post drafts on your behalf using AI models;
  • store and display your brand profile, calendars, and post history;
  • send transactional emails (magic link sign-in, important account notices);
  • diagnose technical problems and monitor Service health;
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. AI-generated content

When you request a content calendar or post draft, Loop sends relevant brand profile and strategy information to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic, PBC) to generate the content. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's API usage policies. We do not send raw personal identifiers (name, email) to AI providers — only the brand and content context you have entered.

5. How we share your information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: we use Supabase for database and authentication services, and Anthropic for AI content generation. These providers act as processors and are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Business transfers: if Loop is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose, only with your explicit consent.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and brand profile data for as long as your account is active. Post and calendar history is retained indefinitely to support the learning loop that makes the Service work.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • object to or restrict our processing of your personal information;
  • receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, row-level security on all database tables, and scoped API credentials. Authentication is handled via Supabase's magic link flow — we never store passwords.

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please disclose it responsibly to privacy@loopcontent.co.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
